Euh you can laugh ... on my pain
I need this patch since I heard patch 4 (what I have) cannot support windows 10, and I am going to upgrade to version 10: I only have left 9 days to upgrade free. Even you give me the pass of this patch 7, I need more time to learn or to solve issues if it fails when installing

Earlier i was prefer McAfee antivirus and love to use it, but after that MY pC was going slow. Why this so?

And also while scanning my hard drive, it takes lots of time to scan, why this happening? and McAfee is not able to heal self executable viruses

Every PC gets slow over time, due to increasing fragmentation, junk accumulation in the registry, etc..
The more files you got, the more time it takes to scan the whole disk, and full system scans are always long since it has to literrally scan every file on the File System.
For self extracting archives, you have to tell McAfee to look inside compressed files.
