I have used crossloop as well. It's a VNC client that's very simple to instal and use.

Dameware is slow. Plus loading my PC with more services just slows eveything down. Keep it simple and use remote assist.

I read that teamviewer is a good base to create a spyware. It is not secure.

LogMeIn is very good. I use LogMeIn (free version) for personal use.

At work, my company is subscribed to WebEx.

Both are easy to use and I've had no issues with either one so far.

What about, VNCs? Like Tight, Ultra, Real VNC?
I use RealVNC for helping my brothers in Korea Smiley and Tight and UltraVNCs are FREE.
It's got encryption, speed, quality controls available for best performance.
