As I know ZA work on all XP versions  Huh?:

Quote

Operating System

Windows Vista   Supported

Our most popular products, ZoneAlarm Internet Security Suite, ZoneAlarm Antivirus, ZoneAlarm Pro 7.1, and ZoneAlarm (free firewall), run on the Windows Vista operating system. Our newest addition to the ZoneAlarm family, the ZoneAlarm Secure Wireless Router, also works with Vista. ZoneAlarm Anti-Spyware is not currently available for Vista. Due to the different needs and functionality of the Vista operating system, some features and functionality on 2000/XP may differ on Vista.

Windows XP   Supported

All currently shipping ZoneAlarm products will run without limitation on the Windows XP operating system.

Windows 2000   Supported

All currently shipping ZoneAlarm products will run without limitation on the Windows 2000 operating system.

More info at: http://www.zonealarm.com/store/catalog/products/modules/zap/sys_req.jsp#4

P.S.

I think that it's also good idea to install SP3 on your XP, we have them just look or search in "Security Updates".  Wink

Very funny, you see that they said that support all XP versions.  Grin Probably some bug.  Huh?

Anyway, my second favorite with excelent protection is Comodo Firewall.  thumbsup

I suggest you to download Free Version, try few days and after that provide me here in this topic your eventual problems or questions.

P.S.

One more question, which AntiVirus you use or maybe you need also some solution for x64?

AVG is very good (of course for some Free AV), and for now use firewall default settings. We will resolve problems later, if you have any. Wink

I am not enjoying this comodo firewall, I keep getting alerts and asking me what software and files are ok, some of which are system files, and I really cant tell, do you have any setting up advice or a better firewall? or maybe an Internet security suite?
