I need HELP !! My computer Sony Vaio running with XP has a virus - the messages that keep coming up are saying it is  (spyware.IE.Monster or Win32.Monster.fx  Monster fx-wild-oxoooooooo. Can someone help me as i know nothing about viruses or how to clear them. My PC has Norton and symantec on it.
I can get onto my pc but thats it I can't get on internet at all, it keeps restarting too

3. Download & run HijackThis: http://scforum.info/index.php/topic,785.0.html

4. Provide us logs from HijackThis & Kaspersky Online Scan logs


We will wait your reply (with logs) and after that provide you next instructions for "cleaning".
