Hello, I just recently got a virus on my computer that keeps wanting me to agree to some anti-virus security and it changed my desktop background to a "Windows Warning Massage that spyware has been detected and it can clean my computer". The wired thing is it is still letting me on my computer somewhat with letting me go on the internet but when I turn my computer on sometimes it freezes same when I use the internet it will freeze up on me randomly. I've tried to get on the kaspersky website but it says the page wont load. What should I do?

Well, according to my personal experiences, it might be IE Extension DLL.
Disable all add-ons + plug-ins and restart your IE. or try in Safe Mode.
