I currently have AVG free edition, today running a virus scan it listend kernel32.dll, wsock32.dll, user32.dll, shell32.dll, & notskrnl.exe; under RESULT/INFECTION it lists them as "Change". The day before I had several trojans from something along the lines of... "PSYME," a virus that was infecting my computer. My computer will not connect to the internet, allow me to reboot in safemode, or use Task Manager... any ideas?

Aside from the .dlls & the one .exe listed above, the virus scan I'm currently running isn't showing "PSYME" or any other trojans/viruses. Yet obviously the computer is still fucked up.
