Antivirus 2009 will not be fixed by a antivirus software.  One of the best programs I have found to clean this up is Malwarebytes.  If you have this already installed and have it updated you are in business, if not then it gets more difficult.  One of the easiest way I have seen this to work is to have the hard drive that is infected hooked up to the another computer with Malwarebytes up to date and run the software on the hard drive.  Antivirus 2009 is just the last addition of the malware antivirus out there.  This started back in 2006 with the AntiVirus 2006 and has increasingly gotten worse every year.  Hope this helps it has worked on many of the computers I have had to clean from this same problem.
