HotFix Release Notes

HotFix Version:
   HF458640

Product:
   VirusScan Enterprise 8.5i


Files affected:
   MYTILUS2.DLL   13.3.2.139

  Issue:
   An issue can occur, with VirusScan Enterprise,
   where the memory usage of the On-Access Scanner
   service would increase in size (about 40 to 60
   MB), after a successful update. The memory
   usage would return to normal levels at service
   restart.

   Resolution:
   The Common Shell scanner has been updated to
   correctly release the memory that McShield.exe
   uses after the update process no longer
   requires it.

Notes:
   An administrator can install this release by
   executing VSE85HF458640.EXE locally on an
   individual system, or by adding the package to
   the ePolicy Orchestrator or ProtectionPilot
   repository for deployment via an agent update.

Yes, I think that you also need this HotFix (with them you will increase your PC speed).
