Hi all,

Firstly some may know a live distribution called DBAN, but for those who doesnt know I wanted to introduce a 'Live CD Distribution' that helps wiping the hard drive, called 'DBAN'

Darik's Boot And Nuke a.k.a DBAN :
Darik's Boot and Nuke ("DBAN") is a self-contained boot disk that securely wipes the hard disks of most computers. DBAN will automatically and completely delete the contents of any hard disk that it can detect, which makes it an appropriate utility for bulk or emergency data destruction.
reference: http://www.dban.org/about

I personally recommend this application for intermediate to advanced computer users since it requires some 'basic' knowledge of Linux commands. Also, DBAN offers both USB-boot or CD-boot. It is not really user-friendly so, be aware.
Download : http://www.dban.org/download

Hope it was helpful Grin
