Need more information.  Is this the only account on the machine or do you have an administrator account that you know the password to.  If so then just log into that account, go to users and change the password there.  If this is the only account you have then you will need a password reset disk.  See this website more about password reset disks. http://windowshelp.microsoft.com/Windows/en-us/help/5bf12a40-12b5-4ca8-87c3-7741adbd15841033.mspx

or try using hirens boot cd, i think there is a password remover there that works with vista.
