Hi,

I've been using sandboxie for a period of time, about a month or so (trial version) and find very interesting and excellent.
Anyway, I start using it becuase I got tired of reimaging my hard drive every week because of damn people with infected
USB memory storage devices.

Anyway the question is; is there a way to limit Windows to assign the drive letter up to F:\ and not futher?
Just to make it clear, I have C: for system, D: for data, E: for CDROM and F: for external storage (anyone's).
So, I dont want Windows to assign driver letter of G:\ or greater, so the range would be C: to F: ONLY.

Is this possible?

Thank you for your help.

Disable Autorun on All Drive Letters That Could be Assigned to Portable Storage Devices.

Windows XP: Download and Install Microsoft's TweakUI: http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/downloads/powertoys/xppowertoys.mspx

    * Obtain and install TweakUI (part of the PowerToys for Windows XP package), and then start TweakUI.
    * Expand the My Computer branch, then the AutoPlay branch, and then select Drives.
    * Turn off the checkbox next to every drive letter to disable AutoPlay -- except your CD/DVD drive letters.

Windows Vista:
You can use the Control Panel to control Autorun for Removable Drive Letters:
