Samker,

Is there a reason why it takes me a long time (about 3 to 5 seconds) to connect? The location where this website is hosted seems it far from me, may be that's why?!?! Sometimes it times out and I have to hit Enter a few times. I'm getting average speed of 750KB/s from my ISP..

Umm?! Any idea? Huh?

Well, I think the problem was the transparent proxy operated by my ISP. I use my ISP's 'transparent' proxy to connect to the web. That transparent proxy only affects port 80 or 8080, and I think, there was a problem with my router not forwarding the port 3128 to my computer. Is this website's IP starts with 208 and ends with 194? I see better ping result with more hops.

You must be a good network admin as you monitor the server every intervals.. I wouldn't do that, not bothered.
After all, it's all solved.
