Has anyone experienced the error message: Internal Error 2721, when trying to install Patch 4 for McAfee Enterprise 8.7i ?

My first suggestion is to run "McAfee Virtual Technician": http://mvt.mcafee.com/mvt/en-us/default.html?en-us
