Hi maanas, here is short explanation how to use Proxy in Firefox (v 3.6.17):

1. Go to proxy site which provide list for Country which you need, for example this one: http://nntime.com/proxy-country/Malaysia-01.htm

2. Copy one of provided IP address, for example this one: 115.135.212.28:3128 (some of them - "IP Address", will be faster - slower or will not work, so you need to experiment with few of them...)
 
3. In Firefox open: Tools -> Options -> Advanced -> Network -> Settings after that choose "Manual proxy configuration" after that copy mentioned IP address in HTTP Proxy space (but only first four numbers, "black" part), last number (red one) copy in "Port" space, finally confirm settings with 2 x OK. Don't copy this part ":" anywhere!

4. After that you surf with Firefox as usual (but slowly), your IP address will be changed to Malaysian... when you want to disable Proxy IP simply change settings in Firefox to "No Proxy".
