Hi Samker

my self kamal kr (India) wanna to know the eligibility criteria  of "to become a member of certified technicians of SCF Team" to provide online support to quickly identify and remove viruses, worms, trojans, spyware... or resolve any PC problem.

Currently i'm working with `eScan - as a Sr Tech Support Executive (North-India) and doing same job (Online -Remote Support, Phone Support & mail Support)
