ERM as a Manufacturer

The ERM team will make supplies available for sale. This will particularly distinguish us from all other cryptocoins, since ERM will acquire real stores. The 1st priority ERM targets at is to nourish and establish the coin value by setting up not only profit generating assets through investment, but also real goods to generate HIGH profits. For this, the team plans to build a low cost industry but yielding high profits (this should differ from gambling or anything similar). That is in proportion to the total payout of the cloud mining, about the hashrate we do intend to add more hashrate on the cloud mining if possible, we created an approach to enable this.

Q: IPO payments are non refundable. So... What do ICO investors get after the launch, besides "just" an altcoin with "some" coins? Which value will be there from the beginning, besides plans and crypto?

We have terms with the escrow where if we failed to launch the coin, investment will be refunded, and if we are successful after 48 hours we will get the fund and start working for the coin establishment. We are also discussing about the possible refund even after the coin is  distributed, that is when the investors wanted to exit, though terms and conditions are yet to be finalized.

ICO investors will have an exchange ready for trading. Real skilled people and a dedicated team working behind the coin. Not mentioning the cloud mining that will be up as soon as possible after the team gets the funds for it...

First of: I do like the concept. Craftswork, cloud mining, non-dumping incentives. I see added value here. But a lot of work still has to be done! There has to be an exchange and there have to be funds to start buying goods and services.

I do *not* like the fact that there is no website up! Taking a website down while the new one is not ready, doesn't sound good. Especially surprising seen the fact how fast they respond and interact on any questions one has.

I do have a copy of a drivers license. Seems legit Though I would have no idea if one could actually do something if the team decides to run off with all funds. They are Indonesian based and Indonesia is a BIG country with a lot of poverty. It's also a country where you can 'buy' labor cheaply: which is good to add value while dealing with Western markets.

So I'm a bit conflicted here... Slow progress on the [ann], not much ICO investments received. BUT there is an escrow service so at least you should get coins at launch. And there's nothing special about the coins unless the well-thought out plans actually get carried out!

Seeing a working exchange would take me over the top and I'd take out up to 0.5 BTC to invest (I'm a small-small time investor). With current status quo in products to show for, I'd go up to 0.1 BTC investment. I see it as a long shot that actually could catch on - all depending on the local trading and deals they can make. If you ask a manufacturer if they will support you, they will always say yes: if something can be sold, why wouldn't they? So ERMIS team really should have quality connections that have a proven track record from previous dealings with them. They assure us this is the case. I'm willing to believe them ;-) If only because ICO investors truly get a good long-term deal when ERMIS succeeds with bonuses that won't come by after the launch... Greed is good they say... Hey guys,

I've been contacted to help with the escrow for this. It will be very simple to understand and to get involved. I am to keep a public list or spreadsheet of all investors, their forum nicks (you may remain anonymous), and the amount of BTC they have invested, and their ERM address.

To keep it simple and transparent, I will use the tried and tested method of accountability which is just one investor BTC address which I control, and a link to that address in the blockchain. Everyone can see all incoming transactions.

For the sake of security of everyone's coins, refunds will only be processed AFTER the coin has failed to launch, at the same time. This will be a "cold" wallet address, that's why.

No refunds will be issued for investors who change their mind. If you are not sure, do not send. If you send, you are committed and you will receive the proportional amount of ERM as indicated by the developers and website.

If the coin fails to launch in a satisfactory manner all BTC will be refunded back to their original addresses, less any bitcoin transaction fees. (Usually 0.0001 per 1000 bytes.)

For investors sake, please use a wallet where you control the private keys and can sign a bitcoin message. Search the forums on how to do this. Do not send BTC directly from an exchange or a web wallet. In clearer terms, DO NOT SEND from btc-e, cryptsy, coinbase, etc. Use a wallet that is under your direct control such as bitcoin-qt, electrum, blockchain, armory, or bitcoin for android.

In case of disputes, I will honor whoever sends a signed message using the bitcoin address that sent the coins. Bitcoin-Qt can do this.

As I understand it, the wallet will be available so you can get your COINS address from there.

Any refund, will be sent to the address that originally sent it (or one of the addresses if there is more than one) as reported by blockchain.info UNLESS you can sign a message using that address to send it to another address.

I will charge an appropriate 1%~2% fee, depending on the amount of BTC collected by this ICO, deducted at the time I send the funds to the dev.

I will send the BTC to the ERM devs only after the coin has launched, the wallet is working, the investors have received their ERM, and the ERM network has reached at least 48 hours in blocks. I think this is fair, if the coin is 2 days old and everyone got their ERM, then I can release the ICO BTC funds to the devs.

For investors, what you could possibly lose is the time any coins you send until launch. This means your BTC are stuck until then.

Hi devvie, i would like to clarify about the proposed plan of ERMIS in Indonesia, 

I do have a copy of a drivers license. Seems legit Though I would have no idea if one could actually do something if the team decides to run off with all funds. They are Indonesian based and Indonesia is a BIG country with a lot of poverty. It's also a country where you can 'buy' labor cheaply: which is good to add value while dealing with Western markets.

Hi everyone,

2 days ago we sent  an email to the investors about a possible extend and we received a positive reaction toward this. We have multiple reasons to do so and we hope you can understand them.

1-Wider distribution
2-More funds to startup businesses and legalization
3-Give an extra chance to the potential investors

We are trying to establish legal businesses here and let's admit with the actual amount it will take us more time to achieve our goals. The Cryptocurrency community is pretty impatient and we understand this but we believe it is necessary. We believe the mistake we have done in the 30 days IPO was that we have not provided any early advantage for the early investors and we understand people didn't want to have their funds locked up since day 1 without knowing they had an advantage over the ones investing at day 30.
