Has anyone tried the BIONIC application?

I would appreciate some reallife feedback as to the experiences using such application.
1-is my personal data actualy safe?
2-should I create a separate windows account to use it?
3-should i install a small puppy-linux variant to host this tool (windows vs linux performance)
4-how much internet traffic does it use?

:)

Thanks

Hi FG.,

I wasn't "try" this project, but you'll find here a lot of answers: http://boinc.berkeley.edu/wiki/User_manual

Hello,

I'm using World Community Grid http://www.worldcommunitygrid.org/index.jsp since long time and I cumulate almost one year of processor run time (My PC is a four cores). You can see my widget at the right bottom of my web page: http://andani.fr/
World Community Grid assures Members that applications will not damage their systems or invade their privacy in any way. The agent runs unobtrusively in the computing background and is not invasive. It cannot detect or change any other files or material on Members machines.I never notice dysfonctionnement in normal use but I (can) stop the calculation when I do heavy jobs.
