OK !

Free 5 GB. What have we learn of Internet. Nothing is free.
Uppgrade to 25GB for 2,50 USD/month.

I can by a Corsair Flash Voyager 32 GB USB 2.0 Flash Drive CMFUSB2.0-32GB at Amazon for $99.99.
More see secure to have this in your wallet or poket and it is just one time charge and no need to give away your credit cards number more then once. ;)

5GB free just to fast transport of unimportent data that is not available for download on Internet. But I can also use my own webserver for that. :D For free !

Exactly! There are lot of external hard disk drives which are much cheaper. But hey, these small space online will be helpful when you need some document but don't have the device with you. So, it's good in a way. If you have your own server which you can access from anywhere, that's much better :)

For all paranoid fucks out there... http://www.zdnet.com/blog/bott/google-clones-dropbox-lock-stock-and-privacy-gaffe/4870?tag=nl.e539 tells you why you shouldn't use Google or Dropbox.

I don't care. Luckily, above articly explains why too - they just arrive at different conclusions than I do ;p

Peace!

O0 50 mins ago got my gmail invites for Google's new Google Drive system. 5Gb storage. Kinda narrow, but still.

After logging in, I got greeted with my Google Docs in place.

Client software is a small download but took forever (even with Download Master) - I guess a few million more are trying this right now :>

Still, a new Google feature is always nice...

Peace!
