I can say the MDF requires least configuration and easy to control. I would like to recommend this to someone else.

P.S. I didnt know it was discontinued.. shame :( it was a great firewall. I might try that Host IPS soon though.

Have they now withdrawn the support of MDF 8.5? I saw the post in another thread of this forum?

Yes, McAfee doesn't provide support for this product anymore.

But I still use them, and it work excellent.  :thumbsup:
