If I'm not mistaken you're system is infected with the "MicroAntivirus" (it's a rogue virus).

If you are a college student most of the time schools offer a free virus protection that can be fairly decent I would check there.  Also I think there is a post in the anti virus section about a free trial of mcafee 8.7.  That may be enough to get you out of a jam.  Finally you may want to consider these programs

I just got a virus on my laptop and its not going away easily.
The laptop is using XP sp2 and it has no anti virus whatsoever and now
I'm stuck with a virus. I would just restore my laptop but the whole start menu has gone away.
Does anybody know a quick way that I can get rid of this virus?
