Don't forget you can also hold Ctrl and scroll your mouse wheel to zoom in/out as well.. and just hit Ctrl + 0 to restore to default.

Yes, You can change your browser screensize any time just, press ctrl and move it on.

If you ever have a web pages that doesn't fit your screen where you can read it, try holding the "Ctrl" key and then hit the "+" key to increase the screen size.  Hit it multiple times to to keep increasing the screen size.  To decrease the screen size, hold the "Ctrl" key and hit the "-" key until the screen is where you like it.
