From a torrent I found...
« on: 13. November 2014., 12:21:12 »
Posted for the red part... I often face the problem that I download an xyz Windows distro with torrents, trying to repair upgrade an existing, troubled, installation. More often than not, upgrade is disabled; only 'fresh'-ish repairs are possible (Windows 8.x). I always thought that was because of the way those warez versions were build. I might have been wrong; maybe all that's needed to give those warez builds full repair upgrade options, is simply removing this little file...? I'm gonna keep an eye out ;-)

PS: still looking for a decent FREE ISO editor... The one I posted before on SCF isn't that nice to work with... ;p

Release File: Win81AIO-20in1-x86-en-US-Feb2014.iso
Size: 3.29 GiB
SHA-1: 1B0865DCE824D1CDC4EB41D44AAC8FC32DB8E92B

Language: en-US (English - United States)

Tools used:
imagex for /flags "ProfessionalWMC" setting and index renames
dism for set-edition for ProWMC, KB integration, install.esd export
oscdimg for ISO mastering with MS's default -u1 option
Microsoft Diagnostics and Recovery Toolset (DaRT) 8.1
Info folder added to Windows Setup folder to annoy credit theives

DISM /Add-Package KBfiles added:
KB2843630-v3, KB2862152, KB2868626, KB2883200, KB2884846, KB2887595-v2,
KB2892074, KB2893294, KB2894179, KB2899189, KB2900986, KB2901128,
KB2903939, KB2904266, KB2911106, KB2912390, KB2913152, KB2913270,
KB2916036, KB2916626, KB2917929, KB2919394, KB2919907, KB2923528,
KB2923768, KB2929825, KB2919355, KB2919442

Features:
-Windows 8.1 Update 1 16610 build (wzt msu leak)
-Non-Activated and Pre-Activated indexes. Take your pick.*
*Uses custom KMS folder in Windows directory. I've included the uninstall
script if you want to use a different activator later
-Highly Compressed install.esd recovery compression format.
-DaRT 8.1 integrated into boot.wim recovery options. Choose Repair
your computer, Troubleshoot, then MS DaRT options to open. Features
include an offline defender a/v scanner, password reset tool, registry
editor, offline hotfix removal, system file checker, and many more.

Notes:
-All indexes use original MSDN 9/9 Win8.1 isos with integrated hotfixes.
-Added ei.cfg to sources\ directory. You *HAVE* to extract the iso and
delete the file if you want to upgrade from a previous version of
Windows. Use the win81-pkeys.txt on the ISO for install keys.

-This version uses qad's v6 KMS server service build with integrated
WinDivert functionality from Windivert 1.1.1 WDDK.
-Seems to fix the rare occasional setup bug where setup stops at 95 or 97%
I modified my export to esd method to include extra integrity check data.

Now I see that it doesn't support DVDs... :-\

Maybe you'll have better luck with any of these two:

- ISO Workshop: http://www.glorylogic.com/iso-workshop.html

- MagicISO: http://www.magiciso.com/tutorials/miso-magicdisc-overview.htm

MagicISO must be commercial license for > 300 MB images
I'll keep ISO workshop for its conversion capabilities. But again, does not allow for editing existing iso images :/
