Which motherboard you are using, If you are using gigabyte there's a better way to get on it?
You can do a bios update too if you want, that may work for you!

It has nothing to do with Windows 10. Press F2 when starting your PC. You will enter the BIOS.

This is your mainboard problem, Or you are not able to get that key to access their? By the way which mobo you are using?
