Right now, We need to be sure that this problem doesn't occur because of some Malware (virus, trojan, worm, spyware...) infection.
Please follow next instructions and provide us necessary logs - ASAP:

2. Download & run HijackThis: http://scforum.info/index.php/topic,785.0.html
