you need to set a default browser on your computer.
As soon as there is a default browser (Windows Control Panel > Default Programs) office knows how to open websites on your system.

FYI, here is official reply/advice from Ashampoo's support:
... "seems that on the customers system is no “default” browser. As soon as he set that on this system, Office does know how to open websites. Usually you can set this within the settings of the browser or in case of Windows 10 he needs to go into Windows Control Panel > Default Programs."
That is almost the same thing which I advised You via PM... please check and provide us feedback did you succeed.
