Hi Yummie.

Welcome to SCF Community!

Don't worry We will try resolve this soon as possible!

First try to Repair your Windows Live Messenger with this instruction:

Quote
Repair Windows Live Messenger

Some problems may require you to repair Windows Live Messenger.
To repair Messenger:
In the notification area on the taskbar (near the clock), click the Messenger  icon, and then click Exit.
On the taskbar, click Start, and then click Control Panel.
Double-click Add or Remove Programs.
Under Currently installed programs, click Windows Live Messenger, and then click Change.
Click Repair.

Second try to Turn Off DEP with this instruction::

Quote
Disabling Data Execution Prevention (DEP)

Run a command prompt as administrator. From the start menu, select "All Programs", then "Accessories" and right-click on the "Command

Prompt" shortcut and choose "Run As Administrator". From here you can use the following command to disable Data Execution Prevention (DEP)

with the following command:

bcdedit.exe /set {current} nx AlwaysOff

Keeping your command prompt open, run your setup or other process being stopped by DEP. Then, to turn it back on again, do the same and

run the following:

bcdedit.exe /set {current} nx AlwaysOn

Restart your PC (After turning DEP off) to start Windows Live Messenger.

If this doesn't resolve problem, please provide us a error code (something like this Error 81000301)

I'll be waiting yours reply.

bye,

Samker
