 this little program has helped me a lot already. Why? For all it does for me. From GPS regulation to volume, to SMS commands, to charge warnings, to... Well, a lot is possible! :)

Copy Paste FROM: http://www.apk-id.net/2013/06/automateit-pro-v4-0-60-apk.html

"Requirements: 2.2 and up + latest Lucky Patcher.*

Overview:
AutomateIt Pro v4.0.60 Apk is designed to make your life easier by automating various tasks on your Android smartphone or tablet.

AutomateIt Pro has all the goods that the free version has and it’s an ad-free, popup-free version with some awesome new and advanced features (ALL locked features of the free version are unlocked with AutomateIt Pro)

AutomateIt Pro v4.0.60 Apk provides a set of useful rules:
- Conserve power when battery level is low
- Quiet at night when screen is off
- Vibrate mode during meetings
- Max volume when headset unplugged
- Lower volume when headset plugged
- Unmute by SMS
- Automatically turn on/off speaker during call using proximity sensor
- And more…

The advanced features:
• Composite Triggers – use more than a single trigger for each rule using AND/OR logic between these triggers
• Composite Action – execute several actions as a result of a single trigger (which can be a composite trigger)
• Rule Active Period – set an active period for each rule. Really useful if you only want a certain rule to be active only during daytime, weekends, just an hour a day etc.
• Sensor Trigger – utilize all your device’ sensors as a trigger for a desired action. This includes usage of all the sensors supported by Android – Accelerometer, Light, Proximity etc.
• Calendar Trigger – monitor events on your different calendars
• Enable/Disable Screen Lock Action – Enables or disables your screen lock slide/pattern/password/pin
• Cancel delayed execution by trigger – Auto-cancel delayed execution when defined trigger is launched
• Cell ID Trigger – Trigger when connecting or disconnecting from defined cellular cells (Unlimited number of predefined saved locations)
• Recurring Event Trigger – Executes a defined action every defined time interval
• Copy Rule – Create a new rule, based on an existing one

Note: Some features might require root.

[solved] automateit pro keeps insisting you need to reboot your phone
« Reply #1 on: 21. November 2013., 10:50:28 »
I had the following problem: in retrospect I destroyed my phone setup for nothing, only because the GENIUS program AutomateIT Pro kept insisting the phone needed to be rebooted to add some functionality.

Roughly translated: "Reboot required. A variety of functions in AutomateIt could require a restart of your phone before usage. Would you like to restart now?"

The problem was easily solved. AutomateIt Pro has helper programs. I did not remove those plugins, only the main app. This was a mistake. The helper programs MUST be removed too - only then AutomateIt Pro will install correctly.

Another problem I had was that AutomateIT Pro could not be installed due to insufficient space (http://scforum.info/index.php/topic,8477.msg21735.html#msg21735).

You can get the latest pro version through aptoide.

Lucky patcher can do the rest ; -)

Last tip, I found this little program does a good job when it comes to uninstalling an app: RootAppDelete (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=zsj.android.uninstall)

POST-EDIT: playing with the latest (warez) versions, some time later, I again have this problem but no plugins are installed. So it was a lucky coincidence the last time I (thought I) solved it?
POST-POST-EDIT: after going down the version ladder from v4.0.79, which is the most current version  (with Aptoïde). They all had the reboot-problem again! Annoying like crap, I went back to torrents. I found version 4.0.66 - also the newest warez version I could get working). It was part of "Top Paid Android Apps & Themes Pack - 17 August 2013 [ANDROID-ZONE]" - you can easily google this torrent ; -) Wth Lucky Patcher I auto-patched, created a license and rebooted my phone. No more pesky 'warnings' ;p
