You have possibility to turn-off last three programs (Adobe, Adobe, Google)... I can't recognize first one "BIGDOG"  ??? Do you have some application for camera ??

Related to your second question (optimization), except CCleaner which is great apps: http://scforum.info/index.php/topic,1133.0.html , my only recommendation is TuneUp Utilities 2011: http://www.tune-up.com/

With them you'll have everything what you need for perfect optimization.

sorry about that i usually use the imageshack ok this one i use the tinypic


well my os is still new but the hardware well not new :P
-also i would like to know if there is any programs for maintaining my pc.. (like the ccleaner) that would help save hardisk space etc..
-and any settings suggestions that would optimize the performance
