DST In USA Timezones And In EU Countries Do Not Start And End In The Same Dates - They Are A Few Weeks Apart....
Europe (European Union, UK, etc.) Start: Last Sunday in March at 1 am UTCEnd: Last Sunday in October at 1 am UTC
North America (United States, Canada, etc.)Start: Second Sunday in MarchEnd: First Sunday in November
---However, because of your question... I checked forum settings and found that I forgot to change server timezone settings after the last change of hosting provider. Our server is located in the USA under "Central Time Zone". Time in the CT zone is 6 hours behind UTC but during Daylight Saving Time (DST) it's 1 hour less.Who knows, maybe this will resolve DST problem... but We'll know that in about 6 months (at the end of October). ---
Today, And After Almost 1 Month, I Had To Manually Correct The WINTER DST - Again. Why ?
