First of all... you forgot to post screenshot. ;)

However, as I know, "whenever you type text that OneNote Online recognizes as a link (also known as a hyperlink), it automatically formats it as one. For example, if you type www.microsoft.com into your notes, OneNote Online turns that into a link. In this example, clicking the link will open the Microsoft website in your browser.

You can also manually insert links into your notes by doing the following:

Select the text you want to link.

Click Insert > Link.

In the Link dialog box, type the link’s destination URL into the Address field and then click Insert.

NOTE: To edit or remove a link, right-click it, and then click either Edit Link or Remove Link."

Restore notes from a backup file or if you don't have backup, you may read and learn sources below, ultimate of them is only for severely corrupted OneNote documents

http://itknowledgeexchange.techtarget.com/itanswers/one-note-error-how-to-fix/
http://www.techrepublic.com/forums/questions/how-can-i-get-back-repair-onenote-file/
https://www.repairtoolbox.com/onenoterepair.html OneNote Repair Toolbox

You can restore notebook sections or entire notebooks by using OneNote backup files. For each section that you restore, OneNote creates a new section in your notebook with the name Section Name (On Date), where Section Name is the name of the original section and Date is the date the section was last saved.
1.   On the File menu, click Open Backup.
2.   In the Open Backup dialog box, in the Backup folder, double-click the notebook folder that contains the file or files that you want to restore.
3.   Select one or more backup files to restore, and then click Open.
TIP   To select more than one file at a time, hold down CTRL and click each file that you want.
