I Was Looking For This OPERA15+ Information A Long Time Ago.

Almost All CHROME Clones Have Several Direct Commands, Or Extensions, For Relaunching The Browser When It Is Needed ( Like When The Browser Is Upgraded ), And Only 1 Click Away, But They Do Not Work With OPERA15+.

As Far As I Know, OPERA15+ Needs 3 Clicks, Which Includes Exploring A Settings Page.

A - Create A Bookmark With The Command ( X ):flags

B - Replace ( X ) With A Single Word: about, browser, chrome, opera

> Example: opera:flags

Explore The Flags Page That You Called, And It Will Work.

It Is An Indirect Way Of Relaunching The Browser, But It Is The Only One I Know.

As I find, from Opera's version 9.5 some single-key shortcuts are disabled, which were enabled by default in Opera 9.2 and previous... but you have option to re-enable these shortcuts, check the box marked "Enable single-key shortcuts" in Settings > Preferences > Advanced > Shortcuts.

OPERA15- And OPERA15+ Have Nothing In Common, Except For The Name.

In Fact, They Act Like 2 Very Different Browsers.

OPERA15+ Is A CHROME Clone But Some CHROME Commands And Extensions Do Not Work With It.

I Needed A Quick Way To Relaunch The Browser And I Found One That Works With All CHROME Clones.

I Am More Than Satisfied, Now.

CTRL+N Opens A New Window Inside The Already Opened Browser Session.

The Function I Was Talking About Performs 2 Consecutive Actions:

A - It Completely Closes The Present Browser Session,

B - It Opens A Brand New Browser Session.

It Is Useful When The Browser Gets Upgraded, Or You Need To Restart It Because Of Some Malfunction, For Instance.

I Do It A Couple Of Times A Day, Whenever OPERA15+ Behaves In A Weired Manner - Memory Problems ?

I Just Found Out This CHROME Extension.

It Is Better Than A Bookmark Because It Opens In A New Tab, Instead Of Overwriting An Old One.
