Today I would like to introduce to You one very interesting site called ReviewBank: http://www.reviewbank.com/ :thumbsup: and start discussion about one popular theme - Electronic Cigarettes. >:D

Been there, done that - won't go back.
I'll tell you why. I don't think it's good for you.
I had a nastier cough when smoking electronically than I would have with just a few cigarettes a day.
Metal particles? Dry air (my throat started to get irritated when I smoked a lot)? Microbes? You really suck that outside air in! But mostly it's the nicotine itself that's really bad for you. Nicotine even popped up in those days as a severe allergen according to my doctor (bioresonance therapy). Nicotine did not come back after I stopped the electronic cigarettes. Remember: 1 drop of PURE nicotine on your skin and you will die (sorry).
SO only use it very infrequent - for example at parties and the like. It gives you something to do while everybody else talks about other people and other boring stuff like that ;ppp

These cigs are pretty effective if you want to quit analog smoking..I have been using it for a while and got great outcomes..

As someone knows,0NE project is supported by an italian wholesale company that sell e-cigarettes and e-liquids . For many reason i can say only good words about this kind of vaporizers. Basically the only things that can hurts inside e-liquids is nicotine but nobody forces you to continue to absorb it. If you still can't accept to "smoke" (better saying to vape) flavor like mint , cream , coffee , fruits , there are lot of e-liquids that have the same taste as tobacco but without nicotine inside. or if you still need the effect of nicotine , you can try at least to improve the taste ! I know a lot of people that vape e-cigarettes to reduce analogs consumption or quit definitively
But, stop, i don't want to promote these further.
