Disable "Access Protection" in VirusScan Console. Posted by: Samker« on: 29. July 2009., 17:44:55 »Did you maybe set some password on McAfee settings (right now I have only that on my mind )??
Please check here: VirusScan Console / Tools / Unlock User Interface Posted by: Patto« on: 29. July 2009., 09:04:42 »I have always been able to temporarily disable On-Access Scan. This can be very useful when doing some other intensive scan on the system.
However, since patch 8 was installed, I seem to be unable to disable On-Access Scan; it is greyed-out. I remember some time ago this happened as well, but I was able to allow it somewhere in some control panel. I cannot find it now. Any suggestions? (Thank you!) |
