Hi.
I've an old easynote Tj75 (4giga Ram, 64bit) with windows 7, and i tried to upgrade it to windows 10 with the official procedure (the icon "you are ready to windows 10).
All starts in the good way, until the last reboot.. eternal reboot..
"copyng files..."
"Blue Screen of death"
"reboot"
I was able to restore everything to windows 7 with same trick.
Now, i read around that it could be a bios compatibily problem.
Here i've Phoenix 1.26, old, but i can't upgrade it without pay because Phoenix sells the procedure to update its driver to "biosagentplus" that needs money for this.
someone had the same experience? ???

The OEM support page should have the bios upgrade utility freely available

I don't see this model (TJ 75) on Win 10 compatibility list: http://www.packardbell.com/pb/en/GB/content/windows10-eligible-models
"Systems not specified won’t be supported for an upgrade to Windows 10 in line with Microsoft’s regulations."
We need to think about some other solution. ::)

Hmmm... :(
Very Extremely disappointing situation.
Perhaps Samker and his partner invented some kind of solution!

The problem is that The motherboard should have some PB's customizations, that would only be available via PB.
Phoenix must have the base ROM image that different OEMs purchase to customize according to their products.
