Since INNOVATIVE SOLUTIONS TEAM have decided to make their flagship program “Advanced Uninstaller PRO” free of charge for anyone, I believe that programs like today’s giveaway (worth 28 bucks) or even REVO UNINSTALLER PRO are no longer necessary, unless you are not aware of “Advanced Uninstaller PRO” existence, of course!!

It’s my, Giovanni's, personal choice because it offers a cool feature I never found in any other similar program out there, namely the ability to REINSTALL a removed installation literally with one mouse click. This way, you can reinstall a whatsoever program (GAOTD included) in the future by simply restoring the removed software, kissing KEY LICENSE issues goodbye for good.

But, unlike this GAOTD, it can also be used to cleanup and optimize your Windows Registry, as well as compress all files on your HD, remove duplicate and Windows temporary files, backup & restore your registry, clean browser cookies and manage startup entries, Windows services and even your installed fonts.

Yes it’s FREE ==> Simply AMAZING!!

To perform a forced uninstall, by using brute force mode, in order to remove any kind of stubborn and broken programs, you can also use the superb freeware “Wise Program Uninstaller”:

Enjoy!!

Sounds convincing enough to me - I'm gonna check them both out (normally I use Wise Registry Cleaner and Iobit Uninstaller)

So yeah, enjoy and...

Giovanni, I again copied your comments to scforum – thanx :)

BUT…

From our other friend Ashraf (http://dottech.org/100309/windows-best-free-clean-uninstaller-program-review/ ---> MUST READ TO PREVENT PROBLEMS), I found following information:

I quote: “As the proverbial cherry on top, there are two very useful and very interesting features of Comodo Programs Manager that go beyond clean uninstalling: backup feature that provides you with the ability to “undo” an uninstall by restoring the uninstalled program and the ability to make self-extracting installer files of installed programs. Probably the most interesting of the two is self-extracting installer which allows you to create an installer for your installed programs. Comodo Programs Manager throws in any and all files, folders, and registry entries that it associates with the program in question meaning you can “move” your program(s) to another computer along with relevant files and settings.”

Sounds like a true wet dream to me! :> I envision many fun things with this feature. I do hate real time monitoring, but that seems to be ok according to Ashraf (http://www.giveawayoftheday.com/smarty-uninstaller-3-0/comment-page-1/#comment-361548)…

So check it out? :)

So... Install software... Make backup by creating .exe. Remove program again to keep Windows boot fast. When you need program, have shortcut ready in your start menu and all will run again :)

Also, you can help your friends to all the cool things you collected...

Yeah, this is good :)

Because I last year learned, to my big surprise, that when you install - say - 500 programs, Windows will slow down greatly, especially at boot time.

You might - duh! Sure! But... I know my sheit, so I disable all things needed! Services, auto-start entries etc. keeping it all clean to say, 55 to 65 processes at boot-time, max! Still, other programs that ARE NOT STARTED IN ANY WAY will REDUCE boot time.

I would never have believed it, but... This is what I learned only last year. Sigh... It was a Vista x86 OS btw... Hopefully Win 8 changed all that (nvdr, you think??)

So yeah, getting pretty happy here :)

Karma!
