Hi All,

One of my clients has an issue sending PDF files as a file attachment.
Whenever she sends them, none of the recipients are able to open the file.
This only happens with PDF files.
The error message is as attached.
My Client is using Entourage 2008 and the recipients are using Entourage 2008 and Outlook 2007

How About Including The PDF Files Inside ZIP Files, And Sending The Latter Ones ?

Looks like an issue with his computer. Is he able to send the PDFs correctly using other clients?

Ghostscript will repair your corrupted PDF automatically… if it can open it in the first place (that is, if it is not damaged beyond repair). But afterwards you’ll still need to double-check the result…
On Linux, try this command:
 gs \
  -o repaired.pdf \
  -sDEVICE=pdfwrite \
  -dPDFSETTINGS=/prepress \
   corrupted.pdf
On Windows, try this one:
 gswin32c.exe ^
  -o repaired.pdf ^
  -sDEVICE=pdfwrite ^
  -dPDFSETTINGS=/prepress ^
   corrupted.pdf
