Try to copy the file you have on the machine where it does not work and copy it to the machine where it worked.

If it is giving the same issue then indeed the download on the machine is corrupt. Maybe a virus scanner is corrupting the file..

You may also want to use Recovery Toolbox for RAR was developed for extracting information from corrupted archives of the RAR format.

- which App(s) for archiving/compressing you use on PCs? Different?

- which Operating system(s) you use on your PCs? Different?
