Quantum Queen EA from CheaperForex: Safe Discount or Too Risky?

Hello traders, I have question about Quantum Queen EA.
 
I see this EA on MQL5 marketplace but price is very high for my budget. Friend tell me about cheaperforex.com - they sell same EA much cheaper. Is here: https://cheaperforex.com/product/quantum-queen-mt5-ea/
 
Anyone use this Quantum Queen before? Is from same developer as Quantum Emperor I think. I read it trade EURUSD or GBPUSD with grid system but I am not sure. Maybe someone can confirm?
 
Also general question - is CheaperForex site safe to buy? I see Trustpilot rating Excellent and they been operate since 2019 from Hong Kong. But before I spend money I want hear from real customer.
 
The save price is very big, like 80% off compare to MQL5. Make me suspicious sometime when discount too big. But friend say no problem, he buy many EA from them already.
