As I said in my first post, you just need to follow my instruction and we will fix this.
Please make a scan of your PC with Kaspersky Online Scan and after that run HijackThis and give us log from both.
We really need this as soon as possible so we can have complete "pictures" of your "infections" after that We will give you next steps for cleaning ...
If you have any other question just ask here ...
