License key was received and program is successfully activated.

There is a problem with Office free. While install, there is no response upon clicking on "Get Free License" button and application cannot be installed finally without valid license.
Please advise of any solution to the problem and thanks for assistance!

FYI, here is official reply/advice from Ashampoo's support:

... "seems that on the customers system is no “default” browser. As soon as he set that on this system, Office does know how to open websites. Usually you can set this within the settings of the browser or in case of Windows 10 he needs to go into Windows Control Panel > Default Programs."


That is almost the same thing which I advised You via PM... please check and provide us feedback did you succeed.
