First, I'll move this topic to PC Help Center. You can simply plug the cable from the iPhone to your PC, via USB. Be sure to have your iPhone unlocked and It will ask wether you trust the computer or not, choose to trust. Then on windows, you can see the iPhone like a digital Camera and you'll be able to transfer the photos that way. On linux, you need to install libimobiledevice. There you can google it for your favourite Distro. BSD will be the same story I think. For Mac... do I really need to point this out?

You should be able to plug your iPhone into any computer and have access to the Pictures and Videos stored there. Unfortunately that is the only thing you will have access to.
