E-mail attachment tip: Never open e-mail attachments without consideration first.  The attachment may look like it is safe even maybe from someone you know but if the body of the message does not contain relevant information you are probably better off not opening the attachment and just deleting the e-mail.  Be very weary of mails asking you to click on attachments to confirm a pending or outstanding payment.  Banks don't require you to click on any attachments (or links for that matter) to authorize payments.  Ransomware has traditionally been spread by the opening of unsolicited attachments.

I have just tried to install but it doesn't work because it fails to find the original program i am trying to update.

I had to have the VSE88 on W7 but since W10 upgrade I see that only McAfee Agent is on.

Any advice on what can I do ?

Well, This is patch only, so you need a base VSE installed to apply it...

I have the installation files of VSE.
But it doesn't work.

I made some research and found that my McAfee Agent needs to be in v5.05.
Mine is v4.8

So I am looking for the 5.05 agent installation package

If someone hase this can you help please ?
