Internet disconnects mostly during vpn connection, i have tried many vpn and internet services, hardware has been replaced but the ping timeout still occurs.
It seems something is monitoring me and whenever i try to share data or upload files, request timeout occurs. It also happened with cyberduck io software, i couldnt upload any file, with or without vpn, internet ping timeout occured though internet was fine.

You have a proxy server configured? The very first thing you should do is run a traceroute to the sites that are giving you problems.
