This is not good to share trusted links on this forum. You can post with a virus scan result as well as an attachments too. Though I would like to suggest everyone to purchase the original pack of windows, that is more lag free and perfect.

Lets Not Be So Draconian, A Week Banning For Every New Offender Act Would Be Enough - Maybe The Offender Will Learn A Little Civility In The Process, And Lets Not Give EASTERN People Even More Reasons To Bomb The WEST.

Besides:

A - Everyone Gets A New IP Address From Time To Time - I Do,

B - Creating A New User ID Is Even Easier.

Any Offender Would Be Untraceable If ( A ) And ( B ) Would Change Simultaneously.
