Title: CompTIA develops new Security exam to take on CISSP
Post by: testuser on 25. February 2011., 07:32:00
CompTIA has developed a new Advanced Security certification, a big step up from the Security+ exam.

Objectives can be found here: http://www.comptia.org/Libraries/Exam_Objectives/casp_objectives.sflb.ashx (http://www.comptia.org/Libraries/Exam_Objectives/casp_objectives.sflb.ashx)

Blurb on the exam here: http://blog.comptia.org/2011/02/01/new-year-new-certs/ (http://blog.comptia.org/2011/02/01/new-year-new-certs/)

What do people think of the new objectives and the 10+ years experience needed to pass the exam? Keep in mind that the Security+ exam is only designed for 2 years of experience.
