you might want to try converting from a rar to zip...
if the SFV is present in your archive you might luck out
it all depends on who archived it an what app they used as well as what commands they gave it
try converting to another archive or use what they used

Use some Image program instead to make full backup your files and folders! You don't ever use merely zip files as an backup! If them corrupted  You cannot do anything if there is no recovery file inside your archive!... :(

My guess is that you could use a backup, as restoring a ZIP file is difficult. RAR volumes with SFX info can be restored if I recall well.

Lost my entire data in compress folder of zip files and I don't get any solution for resolving zip corrupted issues yet. I am sharing my problem here, if anyone knows that application, software and tool which repair corrupt zip files instantly so share with me.
