And how would that help him with the progress bar mmgpotax?
I have a clean installation and have the same effect!
And the first problem he had is already fixed by help by jheysen as you see.

The upgrade to Win 10 with VSE 8.8 patch 6 do not activate the Defender and when you install a clean VSE 8.8 patch 6 redistribution the installation disable Defender by it self.
