I am looking for a program that removes the keys of a file type RAR of WinRAR that by mistake I do not remember the key.
There is not much in the market, I am willing to buy a program that you can advise me. I have seen some and they do not give confidence and take too long to manage the keys of the file. I'm waiting for your comments. Greetings. Potax

I've been using Lazesoft Recovery Suite Home Edition to recover my Windows password. It's totally free and without any ads incorporated in it. With the new version you can recover even a Windows 10 local user password. All info can be found here: http://lazesoft.com/lazesoft-recovery-suite-free.html

The hirens works fine, but I do not know if it is highly recommended with operating systems from windows 8 onwards, I have noticed cases where the windows registry is damaged and presents blue screenshots. For windows 8 onwards, the best option is with the recovery and the installation disk, loading the disk shows recovery options and access.

In case anyone comes into this thread actually looking for free software (it's on a boot CD) to reset Windows passwords, this is it:  http://www.hirensbootcd.org/resetting-windows-password/

I've used this numerous times in the past and it is great if you're working on a computer where someone can't remember their password(s).  You can either change it, or reset it to be blank.  Pretty slick.
