Extract mails from DBX files

I need to extract mails from DBX files (Outlook Express).
Can anybody help me do this in delphi 7 or give me advice about some tools for this?

Nope.  As far as I know and have experience with, the only thing you can do is re-import the DBX files so that Express can open them...

But if you want a third-party tool to use then you can try OE-Mail Recovery. Tool will extract the mail as .eml file. I think you will do it.
