Windows Vista comes in both 32-bit and 64-bit flavors. Unlike Windows Server 2008, formerly codenamed Longhorn, which is the last server operating system from the Redmond company, the 32-bit client platform will live long after Windows Vista. At this point in time, the Redmond company plans to deliver Windows Seven, Vista's successor in both x86 and x64 versions. But focusing on the x64 editions of Windows Vista, security is without a doubt a key aspect.
